We are a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on November 26, 2024. Our purpose is to complete a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. While we may pursue acquisitions in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that align with our management team's and board of directors' background and network. We aim to identify and acquire a business, specifically focusing on technology and lifestyle sectors. To date, our activities have been limited to organizational tasks, those related to our initial public offering, and, following the closing of our initial public offering, searching for a business combination target. We have not generated any operating revenues to date and do not anticipate generating operating revenues until we complete our initial business combination.
