Incorporated in 1980, the company and its predecessors have operated in the nonalcoholic beverage manufacturing and distribution business since 1902. It is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. Approximately 85% of its total bottle/can sales volume to retail customers comprises products from The Coca-Cola Company. The company also distributes products for other beverage companies, including Monster Energy Company and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. The company offers a variety of nonalcoholic beverage products and flavors, encompassing both sparkling and still beverages. Sparkling beverages are carbonated, with Coca-Cola being the principal sparkling beverage. Still beverages include energy products and noncarbonated options such as bottled water, ready-to-drink tea, ready-to-drink coffee, enhanced water, juices, and sports drinks. Sales are categorized into two main groups: bottle/can sales and other sales. Bottle/can sales primarily consist of products packaged in plastic bottles and aluminum cans. Other sales include sales to other Coca-Cola bottlers, post-mix sales, transportation revenue, and equipment maintenance revenue. As of December 31, 2025, J. Frank Harrison, III, controlled 10,043,940 shares of the Company's Class B Common Stock, representing approximately 78% of the total voting power of the Company's outstanding Common Stock and Class B Common Stock on a consolidated basis.
