Coronado Global Resources Inc. is a producer, global marketer, and exporter of high-quality Metallurgical (Met) coals. The company's operations are supported by a diversified portfolio of three high-quality, long-life Met coal assets located in Australia and the United States. These coals are a critical component in steel production using blast furnaces, which are used to manufacture a wide range of steel-based products for major global economic sectors such as automotive, construction, and infrastructure. Coronado Global Resources Inc.'s mining operations and development projects are situated in Queensland, Australia, and in Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania in the U.S. Both the U.S. Operations and Australian Operations are strategically located to access key transportation infrastructure, allowing the company to serve a diverse customer base across five continents. The Australian Operations consist of the 100%-owned Curragh producing mining property in the Bowen Basin of Queensland, Australia. The Curragh complex includes two open-cut mines, Curragh North Mine and Curragh South Mine, and one underground mine, Mammoth Underground (Mammoth). With an estimated reserve life of 20 years, the Curragh complex supplied 10.6 MMt of saleable production for the year ended December 31, 2025, serving steelmakers in Asia, Europe, and South America. In addition to Met coal, the Australian Operations sell thermal coal under a long-term, legacy contract to Stanwell Corporation Limited, which operates the Stanwell Power Station in Queensland, generating approximately 10% of Queensland's electricity. The U.S. Operations comprise two 100%-owned producing mining properties, Buchanan and Logan, located in the Central Appalachian region (CAPP), and one 100%-owned development mining property, Mon Valley. Buchanan and Logan contributed a combined 5.3 MMt of saleable production for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Logan mine may be idled depending on market conditions.
