CONX Corp. is a diversified operating company focused on communications and connectivity. The company was incorporated in the State of Nevada on August 26, 2020. CONX Corp. operates principally in two lines of business. The first is Technology & Telecommunications, which includes its spectrum-sharing technologies and services business. This segment is operated through its indirect majority-owned subsidiary, Red Technologies SAS, a simplified joint-stock company organized under the laws of France. The second line of business is Infrastructure & Real Estate, which includes the operation of its commercial real estate property in Littleton, Colorado. This property comprises the corporate headquarters of DISH Wireless. Charles W. Ergen, Chairman, Director, and Founder of CONX Corp., beneficially owned approximately 86.8% of the total voting power of EchoStar Corporation's outstanding shares as of July 31, 2025. Mr. Ergen, through nXgen Opportunities, LLC, also beneficially owns approximately 99.3% of the total voting power of CONX Corp.'s outstanding shares as of November 28, 2025. Jason Kiser, CONX Corp.'s Chief Executive Officer, served as Treasurer of DISH Network Corporation from 2008 to 2023.
