We are a holding company that operates through subsidiaries outside mainland China, PRC subsidiaries, and operating entities (VIEs). We primarily offer one-stop services for clients, including Omni-channel advertising, precision marketing, influencer marketing, and data analysis management systems. We also develop blockchain-enabled web/mobile applications and provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Additionally, we offer intellectual property licensing services. Our revenue is principally derived from: * Distributing the right to use search engine marketing services, purchased from key search engines, to increase sales lead conversion rates for clients' business promotions on mobile and computer searches. * Providing internet advertising and related marketing services for clients' businesses. * Providing intellectual property (IP) licensing services. * Providing Blockchain-based SaaS Services. For the year ended December 31, 2025, we generated total revenues of US$4.61 million, compared with US$15.44 million in 2024. Net loss attributable to our stockholders was US$1.77 million and US$3.76 million for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. During fiscal 2025, we strategically repositioned our core internet advertising and related marketing service business to focus on markets outside mainland China, and our operations are now primarily conducted outside mainland China. We have shifted our client focus from distributing search engine marketing services in the PRC towards higher-margin digital advertising opportunities, including influencer marketing services and providing marketing services in markets outside mainland China.
