Tovecimig is currently being evaluated in a randomized Phase 2/3 trial in the United States in combination with paclitaxel in patients with biliary tract cancer (BTC) who received one prior treatment regimen. This trial met its primary endpoint with an overall response rate (ORR) of 17.1% for tovecimig in combination with paclitaxel, including one complete response, compared to a 5.3% ORR for paclitaxel alone. This difference was statistically significant with p=0.031. The second program, CTX-471, is an agonistic antibody targeting TNFRSF9 (CD-137 or 4-1BB). The third program, CTX-8371, is a bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) and its ligand PD-L1. The fourth program, CTX-10726, is a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEFG-A.
