Clean Vision Corporation

Clean Vision Corporation is a new entrant in the clean energy and waste-to-energy industries, focusing on clean technology and sustainability. The company currently addresses the plastic waste problem by recycling waste and converting it into saleable byproducts like hydrogen and other clean-burning fuels. Clean Vision uses pyrolysis technology, which heats plastic feedstock at high temperatures without oxygen, to transform it into clean fuels, clean hydrogen, and carbon black or char. The company aims to cost-effectively upcycle plastic feedstock generated on land before it reaches oceans. Clean Vision plans to generate revenue from two primary sources. First, service revenue from recycling services will come from plastic feedstock agreements with suppliers. These suppliers, who currently pay tipping fees to landfills or incinerators, will deliver plastic to Clean Vision's facilities at a reduced price or for no tipping fees. In some cases, feedstock suppliers will also share in revenue from products made from their feedstock. This revenue is recognized upon receipt of feedstock. Second, revenue will be generated from the sale of commodities, including pyrolysis oil, fuel oil, lubricants, synthetic gas, hydrogen, and carbon char. Clean Vision is negotiating with chemical and oil companies to purchase these fuels and oils and is exploring applications for carbon char. This revenue is recognized upon shipment of products, and off-takers may pre-pay for contractual obligations to buy these commodities.
