CirTran Corporation manufactures, markets, distributes, and provides technology services for a variety of consumer products globally, including tobacco products, medical devices, and beverages. CirTran Corporation operates through its three subsidiaries: LBC Products, Inc., CirTran Products Corp., and CirTran - Asia, Inc. A principal activity involves HUSTLER®-branded products. In 2020, CirTran Corporation completed the first two phases of development and initiated manufacturing, distribution, and sales of HUSTLER®-branded condoms, electronic cigarettes, electronic cigars, cigars, hookahs, hookah tobacco, energy drinks, water beverages, and related merchandise. These activities are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, LBC Products, Inc., under an Exclusive Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement dated December 30, 2019, with GloBrands, LLC. GloBrands is an unaffiliated licensee of the HUSTLER® trademark. CirTran Corporation's HUSTLER®-branded products are distributed in outlets operated by HUSTLER®'s affiliated Deja Vu organization, which includes approximately 200 gentlemen's clubs and adjacent adult retail stores in major metropolitan cities across the United States and several foreign countries, such as the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Canada, and Mexico.
