The company primarily seeks to invest in the United States, targeting investments between $5 million and $50 million in companies with an EBITDA between $25 million and $75 million, with an average targeted hold of $30 million. It also purchases minority interests in common or preferred equity, typically alongside debt investments or through co-investments with a financial sponsor. The fund aims to exit investments through an initial public offering, merger, sale, or other recapitalization.
