Tianci International, Inc., through its subsidiary Roshing International Co., Limited ("Roshing"), provides global logistics services. These services include booking and transportation arrangements and related logistics solutions. As a logistics shipping operator, Roshing focuses on ocean freight forwarding services, specifically container shipping and bulk goods shipping. Roshing offers customized logistics solutions. For its container shipping service, Roshing charters cargo space from shipping suppliers, such as shipowners, ship carriers, or non-vessel operating common carriers, and then sub-charters this space to its customers, who are cargo owners or cargo agents. For its bulk goods shipping service, Roshing issues fixture notes to customers, arranges ship bookings, and signs chartering contracts with suppliers like shipowners. Tianci International, Inc. completed a share exchange on March 6, 2023, with RQS Capital Limited, which transferred all capital stock of RQS United Group Limited to Tianci. RQS United is a holding company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles and holds 90% of Roshing's share capital.
