We are a premier distributor of specialty food and center-of-the-plate products in the United States, the Middle East, and Canada. We serve chefs who own or operate leading menu-driven independent restaurants, fine dining establishments, country clubs, hotels, caterers, culinary schools, bakeries, patisseries, chocolateries, cruise lines, casinos, and specialty food stores in these regions. Our product portfolio includes over 90,000 stock-keeping units (SKUs) from more than 4,000 different suppliers. These products are primarily imported and domestic specialty food items such as artisan charcuterie, specialty cheeses, unique oils and vinegars, truffles, caviar, chocolate, and pastry products. We also provide an extensive line of center-of-the-plate products, including custom cut beef, seafood, and hormone-free poultry, along with produce and broadline food products like cooking oils, butter, eggs, milk, and flour. We market certain center-of-the-plate products directly to consumers through our Allen Brothers, Inc. mail and e-commerce platform. Since our formation in 1985, we have expanded our distribution network, product selection, and customer base. Our net revenues increased from approximately $1.7 billion for the fiscal year ended December 24, 2021, to $4.1 billion for the fiscal year ended December 26, 2025.
