CF Bankshares Inc.

CF Bankshares Inc. is a bank holding company that operates primarily through its subsidiary, CFBank. CFBank, originally established in 1892 as Central Federal Savings and Loan Association of Wellsville and later known as Central Federal Bank, converted from a federal savings institution to a national bank on December 1, 2016. Concurrently, CF Bankshares Inc. became a registered bank holding company regulated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The Holding Company changed its name from Central Federal Corporation to CF Bankshares Inc. on July 27, 2020. As of December 31, 2025, the Company's total assets were $2.1 billion and stockholders' equity was $184.4 million. CFBank operates as a nationally chartered commercial bank, focusing its operations in five major metropolitan markets: Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Akron, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Central Federal Capital Trust I, a wholly-owned subsidiary formed in 2003, raised funding for the Company through trust preferred securities, with the Holding Company issuing $5,155,000 of subordinated debentures to the Trust. The Trust is not consolidated in the Company's financial statements.
