We are an international owner of ocean-going vessels. Our current fleet includes 12 latest generation LNG/C vessels with 1.0 million DWT and a total capacity of 2.1 million CBM, one LCO2 - HMG/C vessel with 28,629 DWT and a capacity of 22,000 CBM, and one legacy Neo-Panamax container carrier vessel with 0.1 million DWT and a TEU capacity of 13,312. Additionally, our Under Construction Fleet comprises nine more latest generation LNG/C vessels, six dual-fuel MG/C vessels, and three LCO2 - HMG/C vessels, scheduled for delivery between the second quarter of 2026 and the first quarter of 2029. As of March 31, 2026, the DWT weighted average age of our on-the-water fleet is approximately 3.4 years. Of the 21 LNG/C vessels we own or have agreed to acquire (including the nine remaining Newbuild LNG/C Vessels in our Under Construction Fleet), our 12 on-the-water and three under construction LNG/C vessels are chartered under medium- to long-term agreements. As of March 31, 2026, the remaining revenue-weighted charter for these vessels is approximately 6.5 years (based on the earliest possible expiration) with charterers such as BGT, BP, Cheniere, Engie Energy Marketing Singapore Pte Ltd, Hartree, LNG Marine Transport Limited, Qatar Energy Trading, Tokyo LNG Tanker Co. Ltd., TotalEnergies Gas & Power Limited, and ConocoPhillips Marketing and Trading International. Our LCO2 - HMG/C vessel began a six-month charter transporting LPG with Geogas, with an option for a six-month extension. Our container carrier vessel is under a long-term charter through 2032, with options to extend through 2039, with Hapag-Lloyd. Our fleet is managed by Capital-Containers and Capital-Gas Management, private companies controlled by Mr. Miltiadis Marinakis. We have agreed to shift our business focus to the LNG/C market.
