Coastal Financial Corporation is a registered bank holding company operating through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Coastal Community Bank and Arlington Olympic LLC. The Company, a Washington state corporation organized in 2003, is headquartered in Everett, Washington. Coastal Community Bank, incorporated in 1997, is a Washington state-chartered commercial bank and a Federal Reserve System member bank, with its deposits insured by the FDIC. Arlington Olympic LLC, formed in 2019, owns the Company's Arlington branch, which the Bank leases. The Company conducts its business through three reportable segments: community bank, CCBX, and treasury & administration. The community bank segment focuses on providing banking products and services to consumers and small to medium-sized businesses in the broader Puget Sound region of Washington state, as well as through the Internet and mobile banking. This segment operates 14 full-service banking locations: 12 in Snohomish County, where it is the largest community bank by deposit market share, one in King County, and one in Island County. The CCBX segment provides banking as a service (BaaS), enabling digital financial service partners to offer banking services to their customers. As of December 31, 2025, the CCBX segment had 28 partners. The treasury & administration segment includes investments, debt, and other reporting items not specific to the community bank or CCBX segments.
