The Chemours Company is a leading, global provider of performance chemicals that are essential inputs in various end-products and industrial processes. The company offers customized solutions through a wide range of industrial and specialty chemical products for markets such as refrigeration and air conditioning, paints and coatings, plastics, transportation, semiconductor and consumer electronics, general industrial, and oil and gas. Its principal products include refrigerants, titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment, and industrial fluoropolymer resins. Chemours manages its operations through three reportable segments. The Thermal & Specialized Solutions segment provides refrigerants, thermal management solutions, propellants, blowing agents, and specialty solvents. The Titanium Technologies segment supplies TiO2 pigment, a premium white pigment used for whiteness, brightness, opacity, and protection in various applications. The Advanced Performance Materials segment offers high-end polymers and advanced materials with attributes like low friction coefficients, extreme temperature resistance, weather resistance, ultraviolet and chemical resistance, and electrical insulation. The company operates 28 major production facilities across eight countries and serves approximately 2,400 customers in about 110 countries. As of December 31, 2025, no single customer accounted for more than 10% of consolidated net sales, and one customer represented approximately 7% of total outstanding accounts and notes receivables balance.
