As of December 31, 2025, the Bank operates 192 full-service branches and 8 drive-thru only locations across 42 counties of Upstate New York, 9 counties of Northeastern Pennsylvania, 12 counties of Vermont, 1 county of Western Massachusetts, and 1 county of Southern New Hampshire. The Bank offers commercial and retail banking services and owns operating subsidiaries including CBNA Preferred Funding Corporation, CBNA Treasury Management Corporation, Nottingham Investment Services, Inc., Nottingham Advisors, Inc., OneGroup NY, Inc., Nottingham Wealth Partners, Inc., and Oneida Preferred Funding II LLC. OneGroup is a full-service insurance agency offering personal and commercial lines of insurance and risk management products. CBNA Preferred Funding Corporation and Oneida Preferred Funding II LLC primarily invest in residential and commercial real estate. As of December 31, 2025, BPAS owns five subsidiaries: Benefit Plans Administrative Services, LLC (defined contribution plan administration), Northeast Retirement Services, LLC (institutional transfer agency, master recordkeeping, fund administration, trust, and retirement plan services), BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services, LLC (actuarial and benefit consulting), BPAS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (trust and benefit plan administration), and Hand Benefits & Trust Company (collective investment fund administration and institutional trust services). Northeast Retirement Services, LLC owns Global Trust Company, Inc., a non-depository trust company providing fiduciary services for collective investment trusts. Hand Benefits & Trust Company owns Hand Securities, Inc., an introducing broker-dealer.
