Consumers Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company incorporated in Ohio in 1994. In February 1995, the Company acquired Consumers National Bank, a U.S.-chartered bank. The Company's activities primarily involve holding the common stock of the Bank. Consumers National Bank operates as a community-oriented financial institution, providing a range of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products. It also offers mortgage, financial planning, and investment services to individuals, farmers, and small and medium-sized businesses. The Bank's main office has served Minerva, Ohio, and surrounding areas from 614 East Lincoln Way, Minerva, Ohio, since 1965. Its business focuses on attracting deposits from businesses and individuals and using these deposits to originate commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans within its market area. This market primarily includes Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Mahoning, Stark, and Summit counties in Ohio, as well as contiguous counties in northeast Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia. As of June 30, 2026, the Bank operated 23 full-service branch locations and one loan production office. The Bank also invests in securities, mainly obligations of U.S. government-sponsored agencies, municipal obligations, and mortgage-backed securities issued by U.S. government-sponsored entities. CNB Investment Co. (CNBI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank formed in November 2024, primarily invests in municipal securities and is disclosed as part of the Bank.
