Cass also entered into a Transition Services Agreement with Asignet to provide certain information technology, data ingestion, and payment processing services for up to 18 months after closing. Cass's primary focus is processing payables and payables-related transactions for large U.S. corporations, utilizing core competencies such as data acquisition from diverse sources like vendor invoices and customer systems.
