Genesis holds 100% of Hubei Shenyang Henglong Automotive System Group Co., Ltd. ("Hubei Henglong") and 70% of Jinbei Henglong Automotive Steering System Co., Ltd. ("Shenyang"). Hubei Henglong, established on March 7, 2007, and formerly known as Jingzhou Hengsheng Automotive System Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary engaged in the production and sales of automotive steering systems. Its name changed to Hubei Henglong Automotive System Group Co., Ltd. on July 8, 2012. Other entities within the group include Jingzhou Shashi Henglong Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Wuhu Jiulong Automotive Power Steering Co., Ltd., Wuhan Henglong Jielong Automotive System Co., Ltd., Chongqing Henglong Automotive Steering System Co., Ltd., CAAS Brazil's Industrial Group S.r.l., Hubei Henglong & KYB Automotive Electric Steering System Co., Ltd., Hubei Hyoseong New Automotive Mechatronics Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhu Hongrun Automotive Material Technology Co., Ltd., Changchun Hualong Automotive Gears Co., Ltd., Hubei Zhirong Electric Power Steering Co., Ltd., CAAS EUROPE Imports And Trade In Automotive Parts S.r.l., and De Yingrun (Wuhan) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. The company also has operations in Mexico through CHL Mexico Automotive Systems S. DE R.L. DE C.V. and Chuguanjie industry Mexico Property Management S. DE R.L. DE C.V.
