BUENAVENTURA is Peru's largest publicly traded precious metals company by market capitalization as of December 31, 2025. The company explores, mines, and processes gold, silver, copper, and other metals in Peru. It operates the El Brocal (Colquijirca-Marcapunta), Uchucchacua/Yumpag, Orcopampa, Tambomayo, Julcani, and La Zanja mines, and holds a non-controlling interest in the Coimolache mine. BUENAVENTURA also operates Condesa, a mining and facilities holding company, and owns an electric power transmission company, a hydroelectric plant, and a processing plant. The company holds non-controlling interests in several other mining companies, including a significant ownership interest in Cerro Verde, a Peruvian company operating a copper mine in southern Peru. Additionally, BUENAVENTURA operates Buenaventura Trading S.A.S., a trading company. For the year ended December 31, 2025, BUENAVENTURA reported consolidated operating income of US$1,732 million and a consolidated net profit of US$830 million. As of December 31, 2025, the Poracota and Shila-Paula mining units were classified as discontinued operations.
