The Group, excluding its associated undertakings, is organized into three regions: The U.S.; Americas and Europe (AME), covering Europe, Latin America, and Canada; and Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA), covering Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Central Asia, Caucasus, and Africa. The Group's combustible products span all segments from value-for-money to premium, featuring international, regional, and local tobacco brands. It also offers a portfolio of smokeless tobacco and nicotine products, including Vapour products, Heated Products (HPs), and Modern Oral products, collectively termed New Categories, alongside Traditional Oral products. The Group manages a globally-integrated supply chain, distributing products to retail outlets worldwide. In 2025, the company's total revenue was 25,610m. New Categories contributed 3,621m (14.1% of total revenue), Traditional Oral contributed 1,043m (4.1%), Combustibles contributed 20,201m (78.9%), and Other contributed 745m (2.9%). The smokeless portfolio includes all brands within New Categories (Vapour, Heated Products, and Modern Oral) and strategic Traditional Oral brands in moist and snus. Vapour products, such as the global brand Vuse, which is the #1 brand in the category (in rechargeable closed system consumables and disposables in tracked channels), contain e-liquid, nicotine, flavors, and a battery-powered heating element that forms an aerosol when activated.
