As of December 31, 2025, its portfolio consisted of 348 shopping centers, totaling approximately 63 million square feet of GLA. These centers are primarily grocery-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers. The portfolio is located within established trade areas, predominantly in the top 50 Core-Based Statistical Areas (CBSAs) in the U.S. The shopping centers are primarily anchored by non-discretionary and value-oriented retailers, along with consumer-oriented service providers. As of December 31, 2025, the three largest tenants by annualized base rent (ABR) were The TJX Companies, Inc., The Kroger Co., and Burlington Stores, Inc. No single tenant or shopping center accounted for 5% or more of the company's consolidated revenues during 2025.
