Bravo Multinational Incorporated is engaged in the business of purchasing and leasing gaming equipment. The company was originally formed as Montrose Ventures, Inc. in Delaware on May 25, 1989. Its name changed to Java Group, Inc. on April 23, 1996, and then to Consolidated General Corp. on September 1, 2004. On August 7, 2007, the name changed to Goldcorp Holdings Co., and on October 15, 2010, it became GoldLand Holdings Co. On March 22, 2016, the company's name was changed to Bravo Multinational Incorporated to reflect its new business focus. This name change was effective upon compliance with FINRA regulatory requirements. As a result, the trading symbol for the company's common stock changed to "BRVO" and its CUSIP identifier changed to 10568F109. On January 16, 2017, the Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation for a one-for-three hundred (1-for-300) reverse stock split of its common stock, which shareholders also approved. The reverse stock split took effect after filing a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Delaware.
