BRC Inc., also known as Black Rifle Coffee Company, is a Veteran-founded and led premium coffee and energy drink company. It operates through a single business segment with three main sales channels: Wholesale, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Outposts. The company uses its own media and content creation to build brand awareness, engage customers, and foster community. Founded in 2014 by U.S. Army Veteran Evan Hafer, Black Rifle Coffee has grown from a garage operation to a nationally recognized brand. Black Rifle Coffee Company's product range includes traditional roast coffee, single-serve coffee, ready-to-drink coffee products, and Black Rifle Energy, a ready-to-drink energy beverage launched in late 2024. The company also sells Black Rifle branded apparel, coffee brewing equipment, and outdoor and lifestyle gear. Black Rifle Coffee operates from offices in West Valley City, Utah; San Antonio, Texas; and Nashville, Tennessee, and has a manufacturing facility in Manchester, Tennessee. The company's mission is to serve premium coffee and energy beverages and provide proprietary content to active-duty military, Veterans, first responders, and others who share its values. As a public benefit corporation, it supports active duty military members, Veterans, and first-responders, including underserved populations within those communities.
