Additionally, the Bank has two retail branches and conducts loan origination activities in select areas of the New York City metropolitan area. Its offerings include traditional retail banking services, one-to-four-family residential mortgage loans, multi-family and commercial mortgage loans, construction loans, commercial business loans, and consumer loans, such as home equity loans and lines of credit. On January 10, 2023, The Bank of Princeton became the sole direct subsidiary of Princeton Bancorp, Inc. As of December 31, 2025, the Company had 241 total employees and 240 full-time equivalent employees. On May 19, 2023, the Company acquired Noah Bank, a Pennsylvania chartered state bank that primarily served the Philadelphia, North New Jersey, and New York City markets.
