LINGERIE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIPS, INC.

Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. operates as the business of LFC, following a reverse acquisition transaction on March 31, 2015. The Company was originally incorporated in Nevada on November 29, 2006, as Sparking Events, Inc. On September 16, 2013, its name changed to Cala Energy Corp. (formerly Xodtec LED, Inc.), and it engaged in providing services like enhanced oil recovery and material supplies to gas and oil fields, primarily in Southeast Asia. This line of business was discontinued due to lack of success. On March 31, 2015, the Company acquired LFC through a share exchange agreement, issuing 1,675 shares of common stock, representing 84.70% of the Company's common stock, to LFC's former common stock and convertible note holders. This transaction resulted in the Company's business becoming that of LFC. Effective April 1, 2015, the Company changed its name to "Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc." to reflect its new business.
