We are a digital asset treasury (DAT) company that uses BNB, the native cryptocurrency of the Binance blockchain ecosystem, as our primary reserve asset. We launched our DAT strategy in October 2025. Our strategy involves using proceeds from financings and potential operational cashflow to accumulate BNB. This accumulated BNB is then utilized as a productive treasury asset to generate yield through Binance native and other decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities. Our current focus is on managing digital assets, primarily BNB, including staking, restaking, and liquid staking of BNB, and participating in other unique Binance ecosystem and DeFi yield opportunities. We are currently accumulating BNB tokens and building the framework for this strategy. One potential yield generation method is participation in the Binance Launch Pool, where we would stake BNB to receive airdrops of new project tokens listing on Binance, which are then immediately sold. Additionally, through our LineaRx, Inc. subsidiary, we commercialize proprietary nucleic acid production solutions for the biopharmaceutical and diagnostics markets. These solutions enable cell-free manufacturing of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA), which are vital for advanced biotherapeutics like gene therapies, adoptive cell therapies, messenger RNA therapeutics, DNA vaccines, and diagnostic applications. In October 2025, we received $26.8 million in gross proceeds from a private placement, with the potential for up to an additional $30.8 million from warrant exercises.
