Basel Medical Group Ltd is a business company incorporated in the BVI on August 10, 2023, with operations conducted by its subsidiaries based in Singapore. The company's first orthopedic-focused clinic was established in Singapore in 2001, and its first subsidiary, SSO Clinic, was incorporated in 2004. Ltd., a subsidiary, entered into an agreement to acquire all ordinary shares of Bethesda Medical Pte. Ltd. for a total consideration of US$6.5 million. This acquisition was completed on April 30, 2025, making Bethesda Medical a wholly owned indirect subsidiary. Through Bethesda Medical, the Group operates six general practice clinics in Singapore.
