We are a clinical-stage diabetes and obesity medicines company focused on discovering and developing oral, small molecule drugs to treat diabetes, obesity, and other metabolic diseases. Founded in 2017, the company aims to create targeted treatments using expertise in chemistry and metabolic biology. Following a strategic realignment in 2025, we now focus on two core drug candidate development programs. The first is icovamenib, our lead clinical program's drug candidate, an orally bioavailable and selective covalent inhibitor of menin. Icovamenib is being investigated in two clinical and multiple preclinical studies for its potential in type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and its impact on obesity. The second program is BMF-650, our investigational, next-generation oral glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) in development for treating obesity. We currently have approximately 40 employees and a streamlined operating structure. Our research and development functions are supported by integrated clinical development, clinical operations, clinical pharmacology, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and quality functions. Our initial focus is on Menin and Beta Cell Biology in Diabetes and Other Metabolic Diseases.
