In this model, Blink bears most costs and retains substantially all EV charging revenues after deducting network connectivity and processing fees. Agreements with Property Partners typically last nine years, with extensions up to 27 years. In the Blink-owned hybrid business model, Blink incurs the charging equipment costs, while the Property Partner incurs the installation costs.
