BlackRock offers a diverse platform of alpha-seeking active, private markets, index, and cash management investment strategies across various asset classes. This allows the company to provide tailored investment and asset allocation solutions. Product offerings include single- and multi-asset portfolios that invest in equities, fixed income, private markets, liquid alternatives, digital assets, currencies, commodities, and money market instruments. These products are offered directly and through intermediaries in vehicles such as open-end and closed-end mutual funds, iShares® exchange-traded funds ("ETFs"), separate accounts, collective trust funds, and other pooled investment vehicles. BlackRock also provides technology and subscription services, including the Aladdin®, Aladdin Wealth™, eFront®, Preqin, and Cachematrix® investment and risk management technology platforms, along with advisory services and solutions to institutional and wealth management clients. The company is highly regulated and manages client assets as a fiduciary.
