We are a life sciences company that develops, manufactures, and markets bioproduction products and services. These offerings are designed to improve quality and reduce risks in biologic manufacturing, distribution, and transportation within the cell and gene therapy (CGT) industry. Our products are utilized in basic and applied research, as well as in the commercial manufacturing of biologic-based therapies. Customers use our products to maintain the health and function of biologic material during sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. We currently operate as a single bioproduction products and services business, supporting various steps in the biologic material manufacturing and delivery process. Our portfolio includes biopreservation media and cell processing products. We possess in-house expertise in cryobiology and the broader CGT workflow. On October 6, 2025, the Company entered into a Limited Liability Company Membership Interest Purchase Agreement with Peli BioThermal LLC for the sale of all issued and outstanding limited liability company membership interests of SAVSU Cleo Technologies, LLC. This divestiture included our evo cloud-connected "smart" shipping container products, which provided passive storage and transport for temperature-sensitive biologics and pharmaceuticals. The SAVSU business is presented as a discontinued operation for all periods presented in the accompanying Consolidated Financial Statements. On April 4, 2025, pursuant to a Stock Purchase Agreement, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, 2699979 Alberta LTD., acquired PanTHERA CryoSolutions Inc.
