Bank of Oak Ridge offers a range of banking services, including checking and savings accounts, commercial, consumer, and personal loans, mortgage services, and other associated financial services. Its lending activities encompass short to medium-term commercial, mortgage, construction, and personal loans, which can be both secured and unsecured. The Bank also provides real estate mortgage and construction loans, as well as Small Business Administration guaranteed loans. While many commercial loans are collateralized with real estate in the Bank's market, this collateral is typically a secondary source of repayment.
