Brookfield Infrastructure owns a portfolio of infrastructure assets diversified by sector and geography. Approximately 90% of its Adjusted EBITDA is supported by regulated or contracted revenues, contributing to a stable cash flow profile. The company groups its businesses into four operating segments. The Utilities segment includes regulated or contractual businesses that earn a return on their asset base. These consist of regulated transmission assets (natural gas, electricity, and industrial gas) located in the Americas and Asia Pacific, and commercial and residential distribution assets (electricity, natural gas, water connections, residential infrastructure, and other essential home services) in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The Transport segment provides transportation for freight, commodities, and passengers through diversified terminals, rail, and toll roads. These assets are located in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Brazil. The Midstream segment offers transportation, gathering, processing, and storage services, primarily in North America. The Data segment provides infrastructure and services to telecom companies, technology and cloud computing providers, and enterprise clients, including AI-related infrastructure. This segment includes data transmission and distribution assets in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and data storage assets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
