Premier Biomedical, Inc. was incorporated on May 10, 2010, in Nevada. The company operates with two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Premier Biomedical Pain Relief Meds, LLC, organized on September 14, 2017, and Health Stations, LLC, organized on August 28, 2019. Its corporate headquarters are in Jackson Center, PA. Initially a research-based company focused on discovering cures for PTSD, cancer, and other diseases, Premier Biomedical developed a line of topical hemp oil pain relief products to fund its research and development. The company began selling these pain relief products in January 2017 with one product and currently offers nine topical pain relief products. Through ongoing development and expansion of proprietary drugs and treatments, the company has reorganized into six technology centers: extra-corporeal treatment of disease, PTSD treatment, anti-breast cancer drugs, hemp oil/CBD pain relief products, anti-aging treatments, and chemical and alcohol addiction treatment. Initial sales of pain management products occurred in the first quarter of 2017 through a joint venture, which was terminated in the third quarter of 2017, leading to direct sales by the company. In April 2020, Premier Biomedical signed a joint venture agreement with two other companies to pursue funding and research and development for its patented extracorporeal therapy designed for the safe removal of targeted antigens from the blood and targeted organs.
