BioCorRx Inc.

BioCorRx Inc. is a holding company that, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, provides alcoholism and opioid addiction treatment. The company's treatment services are delivered through its BioCorRx® Recovery Program and related products. Originally incorporated as Cetrone Energy Company on January 28, 2008, in Nevada, the company initially focused on developing "green" renewable fuel sources, specifically biodiesel, for agricultural operations. During this period, until October 31, 2011, the company had no revenue and its operations were limited to capital formation, organization, and business plan development. On October 31, 2011, the company completed a reverse acquisition of Fresh Start Private, Inc. ("FSP") through a share exchange. In this transaction, the company acquired all outstanding shares of FSP in exchange for 37,000,000 shares of its common stock, representing approximately 31.3% of its total shares outstanding immediately after the closing. As a result, FSP became a wholly-owned subsidiary, and the company ceased its prior operations to focus on addiction treatment. The company's name was changed to Fresh Start Private Management, Inc. on July 26, 2010, and subsequently to BioCorRx Inc. on January 7, 2014.
