Both the sponsor and TGE are ultimately controlled by AMTD Group, which beneficially owns approximately 77.9% of the equity interests and 91.8% of the aggregate voting power of the total issued and outstanding share capital of both the sponsor and TGE, as of the date of this Annual Report. The board of directors of TGE consists of Ms. Joanne Shoveller, Mr. Raymond Yung, and Dr. Feridun Hamdullahpur. The board of directors of AMTD Group consists of Mr. Marcellus Wong and Dr. Feridun Hamdullahpur. No shareholder holds more than 20% of the equity interests of AMTD Group.
