BlackRock Taxable Municipal Bond Trust

BlackRock Taxable Municipal Bond Trust is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund that invests primarily in taxable municipal securities within the United States fixed income markets. The fund, launched by BlackRock, Inc. and managed by BlackRock Advisors, LLC, focuses on investments such as Build America Bonds. In addition to taxable municipal securities, the fund also allocates capital to tax-exempt securities, U.S. treasury securities, obligations of the U.S. government, its agencies and instrumentalities, and corporate bonds. The trust was formed on August 27, 2010, and is domiciled in the United States. It was previously known as BlackRock Build America Bond Trust.
