On November 30, 2023, Banc of California, Inc. completed a merger with PacWest Bancorp, with Banc of California, Inc. as the surviving corporation. As of December 1, 2023, Banc of California, N.A. merged into Pacific Western Bank, which now operates under the Banc of California name and brand as the Bank. The Bank serves small, middle-market, and venture-backed businesses. It offers a broad range of loan and deposit products and services through 79 full-service branches located across California, in Denver, Colorado, and in Durham, North Carolina, complemented by regional offices nationwide. The Bank also provides full-service payment processing solutions and serves the Community Association Management industry nationwide with its SmartStreet™ platform.
