We aim to restore nerve function and quality of life for patients with peripheral nerve injuries by providing innovative, clinically proven, and economically effective repair solutions for surgeons and healthcare providers. Peripheral nerves carry motor and sensory signals throughout the body. Damage to these nerves, from traumatic injuries or surgical procedures, can lead to loss of muscle or organ function, loss of sensation, or pain. Our peripheral nerve repair platform includes a comprehensive product portfolio. This includes Avance® (acellular nerve allograft-arwx), an acellular nerve scaffold approved by the U.S. FDA on December 3, 2025, for adult and pediatric patients aged one month or older with sensory, mixed, and motor peripheral nerve discontinuities. This product is expected to be commercially available early in the second quarter of 2026, replacing Avance® Nerve Graft. Avance® Nerve Graft is a biologically active, off-the-shelf processed human nerve allograft used to bridge severed peripheral nerves without the complications of a second surgical site. The Avance Products include both Avance and Avance Nerve Graft. Our portfolio also features Axoguard Nerve Connector®, a porcine (pig) submucosa extracellular matrix (ECM) coaptation aid for tensionless repair of severed peripheral nerves. Additionally, we offer Axoguard Nerve Protector®, a porcine submucosa ECM product used to wrap and protect damaged peripheral nerves and reinforce nerve reconstruction while minimizing soft tissue attachments. Axoguard HA+ Nerve Protector™ is a porcine submucosa ECM base layer coated with a proprietary hyaluronate-alginate gel, designed to enhance nerve gliding and provide short- and long-term protection for peripheral nerve injuries.
