The company provides competitive deposit products and treasury management solutions. On August 11, 2025, the company completed its initial public offering (IPO) by selling 2,610,000 shares of common stock at $23.00 per share. On August 13, 2025, underwriters purchased an additional 391,500 shares at the same price. Proceeds from the IPO were used to increase the Bank's capital to support organic growth, expand market share and lending activities, strengthen regulatory capital, optimize the balance sheet by repositioning available-for-sale securities, repay short-term borrowings and non-core funding, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
