The Medical and Veterinary segment includes the operations of American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Ross University School of Medicine, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, which collectively offer degree and certificate programs in the medical and veterinary postsecondary education industry. Covista was incorporated in Delaware in August 1987, with executive offices located at 233 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, 60606.
