Anterix Inc. partners with the utility industry to enhance visibility, control, and security for modern grids. The company aims to deliver secure, scalable solutions through private wireless broadband connectivity for utilities and their communities. Anterix is the largest holder of licensed spectrum in the 900 MHz band (896-901/935-940 MHz) across the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Its primary focus is commercializing these spectrum assets and expanding solutions for utility and critical infrastructure customers to deploy private broadband networks. In fiscal year 2025, Anterix appointed Scott Lang as President and Chief Executive Officer effective October 8, 2024, and Thomas Kuhn as Executive Chairman of the Board following Morgan O'Brien's retirement in January 2025. The company executed a new spectrum sale agreement with Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC for $102.5 million in June 2024, and an additional agreement with Lower Colorado River Authority for $13.5 million in January 2025. Anterix received milestone payments of $8.5 million from Ameren Corporation and $44.0 million from Oncor. It transferred four broadband licenses to Oncor, recording an $18.3 million gain on the sale of intangible assets, and exchanged narrowband for broadband licenses in 67 counties, recording a $22.8 million gain. The company repurchased 245,292 shares of its stock for $8.4 million. In January 2025, Anterix secured FCC approval for a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to expand the paired 3 x 3 MHz broadband segment to a paired 5 x 5 MHz broadband segment within the 900 MHz band. A strategic review process was initiated in February 2025, and the AnterixAccelerator™ industry engagement initiative was announced in March 2025.
