Anterix Inc. is the largest holder of licensed 900 MHz spectrum (896-901/935-940 MHz) in the nation, with coverage across the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. The company aims to improve critical infrastructure connectivity and provide advanced intelligent infrastructure solutions, including private broadband networks, tower access, and turnkey connectivity management, to utility and critical infrastructure enterprises. These solutions help clients enhance operational efficiency, strengthen grid resilience, and accelerate digital transformation. During fiscal 2026, Anterix shifted its business strategy from primarily long-term spectrum leasing to a broader operating model. The company now focuses on securing and expanding its spectrum position, clearing and retuning spectrum, and monetizing spectrum through both sales and long-term leases. Anterix also develops a growing portfolio of products and services around its spectrum designed to generate recurring revenue. Key activities in fiscal 2026 included executing new spectrum sale agreements with CPS Energy, Texas-New Mexico Power, and NorthWestern Energy. Subsequent to year-end, in April 2026, a new spectrum sale agreement was entered into with Benton PUD. On February 18, 2026, the FCC adopted the 2026 Report and Order to expand the 900 MHz broadband segment from 6 MHz to 10 MHz. Anterix received $127.0 million of contracted proceeds from customers, with $50 million of contracted proceeds outstanding. The company launched TowerX™, a tower site access service, and CatalyX®, a turnkey connectivity management solution. Anterix delivered broadband licenses to customers in 155 counties, recording a $34.8 million gain on the sale of intangible assets, and exchanged narrowband for broadband licenses in 219 counties, recording a $105.4 million gain. The company repurchased 43,175 shares of Anterix stock for a total of $1.0 million.
