ATLAS CRITICAL MINERALS Corp is a mineral exploration company focused on critical minerals projects and properties in Brazil. The company's portfolio primarily includes mineral properties for rare earths, graphite, and titanium, all classified as "critical minerals." For graphite, the company holds 12,388.34 hectares (approximately 30,612 acres) across eight mineral rights in Minas Gerais state, all in the exploration permit phase. Uranium mineral rights cover 143,725.14 hectares (approximately 355,153 acres) across 39 mineral rights in Brazil, with five in Bahia state, five in Ceará state, eight in Goiás state, two in Pará state, twelve in Piauí state, and seven in Tocantins state. All uranium mineral rights are in the request for exploration permit phase and list copper, graphite, phosphate, and/or rare earths as exploration minerals due to current Brazilian legislation not allowing uranium to be formally listed as an exploration mineral.
