SOUTHEAST AIRPORT GROUP

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V. (ASUR) operates, maintains, and develops airports. The company holds concessions for nine airports in the southeast region of Mexico for fifty years, starting November 1, 1998. These airports generate revenue from fees charged to airlines, passengers, and other users for facility use, as well as rental and other income from commercial activities like leasing space to restaurants and retailers. The Mexican concessions include Cancún Airport, which was the second busiest airport in Mexico in 2025 by passenger traffic and the busiest for international passengers in regular service, according to the AFAC (Mexico's federal authority on aviation). Other Mexican airports under concession are Cozumel, Huatulco, Mérida, Minatitlán, Oaxaca, Tapachula, Veracruz, and Villahermosa. ASUR also owns a controlling interest in Airplan, which holds concessions to operate six airports in Colombia: the Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport in Medellín, the José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro, the Los Garzones Airport in Montería, the Antonio Roldán Betancourt Airport in Carepa, the El Caraño Airport in Quibdó, and the Las Brujas Airport in Corozal. Additionally, ASUR's subsidiary Aerostar holds a lease to operate, maintain, and develop the Luis Muñoz Marín (LMM) Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for an initial term of forty (40) years from February 27, 2013. Following the acquisition of URW Airports, LLC on December 11, 2025, ASUR Airports, LLC manages commercial programs at specific U.S. airport terminals, including Terminals 1, 2, 3, 6, and Tom Bradley International Terminal and Tom Bradley International Terminal West at LAX; Terminal 5 at ORD; and Terminals 8 and New Terminal One at JFK.
