In November 2025, ASGN announced its intent to rebrand to Everforth, a new parent brand that will unify its six brands: Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, ECS, GlideFast, and TopBloc. Everforth is a technology and digital engineering company with six core solution areas: Cloud and Infrastructure, Data and AI, Software Development and Engineering, Customer Experience, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms. The transition from ASGN to Everforth is slated for the first half of 2026. The company operates through two segments, Commercial and Federal Government, and serves six industries. ASGN has grown through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, completing six acquisitions over the last five years to expand its IT consulting solutions and digital engineering capabilities. In 2025, 62 percent of consolidated revenues came from commercial and federal government IT consulting work. The company leverages a deep talent pool to build tailored, just-in-time teams for clients. No single client, other than the U.S. federal government, represented more than 10 percent of consolidated revenues in 2025. Revenues from contracts directly with U.S. federal government agencies, where the Federal Government Segment is a prime contractor, combined for 26 percent of consolidated revenues in 2025.
