We are an energy infrastructure company primarily focused on midstream natural gas compression. We provide natural gas compression services and aftermarket services to customers in the energy industry across the U.S. Our services are essential for the production, processing, transportation, and storage of natural gas. Our business operates through two segments. The Contract Operations segment involves designing, sourcing, owning, installing, operating, servicing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of natural gas compression equipment to deliver compression services to customers. The Aftermarket Services segment offers a full range of support for customers who own compression equipment, including operations, maintenance, overhaul, and reconfiguration services, as well as sales of parts and components. Natural gas compression is a mechanical process that increases the pressure of natural gas for transportation. It is critical throughout the natural gas production and transportation cycle, including at the wellhead, within gathering and distribution systems, into and out of processing and storage facilities, and along intrastate and interstate pipelines. Our service offerings concentrate on midstream applications, with 60% of our operating fleet used in the gathering and processing cycle stages. The remaining 40% of our operating fleet is utilized in gas lift applications. Compression is also used to transport natural gas from the wellhead through the gathering system.
