Based on total revenue in fiscal 2025, Aramark holds a top 2 position in North America for food and facilities services and a top 3 position internationally in most countries where it has significant operations. Aramark operates through two reportable segments: Food and Support Services United States (FSS United States) and Food and Support Services International (FSS International). In fiscal 2025, FSS United States generated $13,211.9 million in revenue and $717.5 million in operating income. FSS International generated $5,294.4 million in revenue and $193.5 million in operating income. Total operating income excludes $119.2 million related to corporate expenses. In fiscal 2025, Aramark generated $18.5 billion of revenue, $791.8 million of operating income, and $326.4 million of net income attributable to Aramark stockholders. The company was founded in 1959. In 1984, a management buyout increased management and employee ownership to approximately 90% of equity capital before its December 2001 public offering.
