ARKO Corp. is a Richmond, Virginia-based operator of convenience stores and a wholesaler of fuel in the United States. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated 1,118 retail convenience stores under more than 25 regional store brands, which have an average existence of over 50 years. These stores benefit from a common operating platform and a loyalty program used for promotions and marketing. As of December 31, 2025, ARKO Corp. supplied fuel to 2,099 dealer locations. The company also operates a fleet fueling business, which included 295 proprietary and third-party cardlock locations (unstaffed fueling locations) as of December 31, 2025, and issues proprietary fuel cards for access to a nationwide fueling network.
