Advanced Oxygen Technologies, Inc. (AOXY) operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries Anton Nielsen Vojens, ApS (ANV) and Sharx Inc., which includes its wholly owned subsidiary Sharx DK ApS. ANV is a Danish company that owns commercial real estate in Vojens, Denmark, generating revenue solely from lease income. Circle K Denmark A/S, previously StatOil A/S, leases this facility, with the lease expiring in 2026. Sharx Inc., a Wyoming corporation incorporated in April 2020, derives its operations from Sharx DK ApS, a Danish company also incorporated in April 2020. On June 30, 2020, Sharx DK ApS entered a nonexclusive distribution agreement with Cleaver ApS, a Danish corporation. Under this agreement, Sharx DK ApS distributes Cleaver's products in Europe, South America, and North America. Cleaver manufactures products for the logistics and cargo industry. AOXY was incorporated in Delaware in 1981. From 1985 to May 1995, it was a specialty materials company focused on oxygen control technologies. From 1998 to 2000, its business involved producing and selling CD-ROMs for conference events, advertisement sales on CDs, database management, and event marketing. From 2000 to March 2003, the business was solely database management. From 2003 to April 2005, operations were derived from IP Service, ApS, a Danish IP security vulnerability company. On May 1, 1995, the Company sold its patents and related intellectual property rights to W. R. Grace & Co.
